Due Diligence
Any sale will include all related Intellectual Property and Domains, and would also include the UK registered trademark of our famous logo. The established Instagram and Facebook pages would also be included, along with this website.
A high number of top quality premium domains are included with any sale - including England, Scotland, Wales, Eire, Northern Ireland, Asia, USA, Africa, Worldwide, etc - allowing for both UK and International expansion, if desired.

PLEASE NOTE: The existing business and operations will close at the point of sale. The sale includes the Top Model brand and all related IP, freeing up the new owners to have full control moving forward. A consultancy period with the existing brand owner and Executive Producer can be negotiated as part of any acquisition. Current revenue streams are created predominantly through sponsorship and ticket sales, along with a small number of international licences.
